Promoting Digital Literacy Through English Proficiency

Digital literacy is the ability to locate, organize, understand, evaluate, and analyze information using digital technology. It involves a working knowledge of current high-technology, and an understanding of how it can be used. Digitally literate people can communicate and work more efficiently, especially with those who possess the same knowledge and skills.
Research around digital literacy is concerned with wider aspects associated with learning how to effectively find, use, summarize, evaluate, create, and communicate information while using digital technologies, not just being literate at using a computer.
Digital literacy encompasses computer hardwaresoftware (particularly those used most frequently by businesses), the Internetcell phones,PDAs, and other digital devices. A person using these skills to interact with society may be called a digital citizen.

What can you say about the theme chemergy-chemistry in science clubbing synergy?

The theme means the power of cooperation of chemistry and science in working together to produce a result not obtainable by chemistry alone or by science alone. They need each other in order to produce a certain kind of result.

My Teacher, My Hero.

My Teacher, My Hero.

Wanted: Change

Wanted: Change
The society we live in is in a great process of a rapid change. From every features of our suroundings, and so with the living things staying in it. We as humans, we are in a process of
development, transformation, conversion, shifting and so on. The changes in our physical, spiritual, social and mental aspects shows a big realization that we can never be left behind nor outdated. But, as we move forward, do we really know the real definition of CHANGE? Did we ever ask ourselves if we are changing for the BETTER?
As Heraclitus, a greek philosopher said, “Everything flows and nothing stays.” Yes, i do believe in it, for as days continue to pass by, every single thing around as will never stay the way it is. We choose to change for we feel convinient with it and because of that convinience, sometimes we forget the negative effect or the consequences that may happen if we continue conducting it though. Just like what Susan Sontag voiced out, “The felt unreliability of human experience brought about by the inhuman acceleration of historical change has led every sensitive modern mind to the recording of some kind of nausea, of intellectual vertigo.” I know that you can analyze this quotation within yourself.
The only thing that i can do hold on to is that, we should beware of newly introduced matters, for every newly introduced matter is an innovation, and every innovation is a going astray, and every straying is in the Fire. We should always think first that if it is not necessary to change, then why change still?
